About the Role This administration role sits within a broader team of experienced Client Service Administrators. You will be responsible for providing a combination of duties which includes direct assistance to one of the firm's Directors. Your duties will include: Reception duties including monitoring the firm's inbox Contacting clients on behalf of the Directors Managing client relationships by assisting with queries Preparing documents on behalf of accountants Diary management Following up clients on behalf of accountants Ensure deadlines are met Liaising with the ATO on behalf of clients Undertaking general administrative tasks Work closely with the broader administration team About You Ideally you will have at least 2 years of experience with a strong administration background.
