The Role This a varied role undertaking Client Service Administrator duties. You will enjoy variety in your day and being a valued member of the administrative team. You will work closely with the Accountants and undertake higher level duties than your typical CSA role. Your main duties will include the following: Standard ATO emails and letters, utilising the ATO portal, arranging payments and downloading reports Undertaking Corporate Compliance duties and dealing directly with ASIC Preparing client documents, preparing client invoices, booking meetings Oversee electronic lodgements and monitoring workflow Invoicing About You You are an experienced Client Service Administrator with at least 2 years experience working in a public practice accounting environment. You are open to learning, have a "can do" attitude and are willing to work collaboratively to ensure the firm's objectives are met. They are currently seeking an efficient and self-managed bookkeeper to join their bookkeeping division. This role would suit an experienced bookkeeper with the ability to multi-task. You will be working closely with three other bookkeepers to provide a client focused service. Duties and Responsibilities This role will require you to provide a full function bookkeeping service and as such it is imperative that you have experience working at a senior level. With a strong focus on client service you will regularly meet with your clients face to face. You must enjoy client contact and have the ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships. Your duties will include the following: Accounts payable Accounts receivable Payroll Reconciliations Journal preparation BAS preparation Preparation of accounts You will be required to train your clients on Xero and MYOB regularly so it is imperative that you have had experience doing this. Requisite Skills & Experience Previous experience within a similar role is necessary (minimum 5 years). Excellent communications skills are essential.
