The Opportunity:

• Reviewing the work of the offshore team in India (2/3 staff)
• Managing and delegating the work offshore
• Setting up and keeping track of workflow
• Improving current systems and processes
• Constant client contact, complex and challenging work.
• Financial statements and tax returns, advisory etc for this client
• All Xero driven, Tax is on APS

• Regular performance reviews linked to increases
• Every month they have the chartered institute for over an hour on a Wednesday, same trainer for the last 8 years, great CA/CPA PD
• They train on other specialist issues as the need arises, excellent support through the CA program with excellent role models, they develop each staff member depending on aptitude. They have a high-level tax specialist in the office
• Staff can go to seminars and training regularly (budget per staff member), they are growing rapidly and taking on new fees all the time.
• Client base – top 50 wealthy people, SME’s and larger groups, work with the Top 50 ASX as well
• Technology focussed, they adopt better and more efficient ways to do things all the time, well supported through admin, paperless office, document manager system. Dual screens, workflow manager, excellent process, procedures and structured workflow.
