The Role:
Due to continued growth, an opportunity is available to join the administrative team as a Client Solutions Team Administrator. You will be working with a team of like-minded administrators to provide support to the Directors and Accounting staff. You will be dealing directly with clients and this will be a focus of the role. Your duties will include:
- Assisting clients with any queries
- Preparation and collation of documents on behalf of Accountants
- Correspondence to clients
- Lodgement of documents
- Liaising with the ATO and also with ASIC
- Ensuring deadlines are met
- Following up clients for outstanding documents and/or information
- Calendar management
- Updating of database
- Adhoc general administration duties
About You:
It is essential that you have experience working in the professional services sector. Experience in the public practice accounting industry is not essential for this position as you will receive mentoring and training. Ideally you will have experience working with clients, preferably HNW individuals. You will understand the importance of building professional relationships. You will also have:
- Exceptional attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to adapt and pivot as the business is very dynamic
- Strong client service focus
- Must be able to embrace change
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks accordingly
- High attention to detail
- A proactive approach to work
- Ability to take ownership of duties and follow through tasks
