The Role
We are looking for an experienced financial services candidate to join this growing business. This position will start out as a hybrid position as a paraplanner/associate adviser, with the view to transition to an associate in the next 12 months. 
You will play a key role in assisting a team of financial advisers by preparing for, and attending client meetings, completing file notes, and producing financial strategies and advice documents. 

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed research to develop tailored financial strategies for clients.
• Prepare accurate, compliant, and client-focused advice documents, including complex strategies.
• Prepare for, and attend client meetings.
• Complete file notes post client meetings.
• Complete modelling and projections for financial strategies. 
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve client service delivery.

• Previous experience in a similar role within a financial planning firm.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications are highly regarded. 
• Proficiency with Xplan tools such as Xtools+, Wealth Solver, and Risk Researcher.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
