Associate Adviser or Senior Paraplanner

We’re seeking an Associate Adviser or Paraplanner to join an award-winning financial planning firm in Brisbane’s CBD. This privately owned firm specialises in providing personalised, holistic advice to high-net-worth clients, including executives and business owners with complex financial needs.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with a team of experienced financial advisers to ensure clients receive exceptional service. You’ll have the opportunity to broaden your expertise, contribute to innovative projects, and be part of a positive, growth-oriented work culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing strategies and agendas for review and new client meetings.
• Attending client meetings and recording detailed notes.
• Ensuring post-meeting actions are executed promptly, including coordinating with other professionals.
• Preparing paraplanning requests and reviewing advice documentation.
• Collaborating with client services and implementation teams to deliver outcomes.
• Managing workflow and CRM systems effectively.

• A degree or higher qualification in finance, business, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in a paraplanning or associate role.
• Proven experience working with high-net-worth and complex clients.
• A track record of innovation and process improvement.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
