SEEKING A PATH TO PARTNERSHIP? 

Our client is a highly successful accounting group, that has experienced significant growth and market exposure in the last 5 years. With an exceptional service offering, this firm aims to provide clients with personalised solutions across accounting, advisory and SMSF. 

Due to growth, they are now seeking an Associate Director to quickly move along the pathway to partnership. This role will see you step straight into the business where you will work autonomously with new clients, directly manage a number of staff, and assist with some practice management duties.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

• Manage a portfolio of clients predominantly from the construction and professional services industries.

• Be responsible for majority of the new clients coming into the business.

• Lead and manage a team of accountants: manage workflow, review work and provide technical training.

ABOUT YOU:

• We are seeking a motivated, proactive and approachable person who has proven Management experience within an accounting firm

• Experience in reviewing tax compliance and client advisory work

• CA or CPA qualified

• Social, open and positive personality

• Australian experience in a client facing role
