About the Firm
Our client, a highly successful and progressive CA firm, is seeking a Senior Manager to join their team. This position offers a fast-tracked progression pathway to an Associate Director. This business has a strong track record of growth, is built for success, and focuses on delivering high-level compliance and advisory services.
The Opportunity
Due to significant growth, this role will see you step straight into the business where you will work autonously with an existing portfolio of clients. You will also be responsible for all new clients coming through the business. You will also be respsonbile for a team, overseeing the compliance work while being responsible for the advisory/client management.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Portfolio Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, primarily from the construction and professional services sectors.
New Client Management: Be the primary contact for most new clients entering the firm, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of accountants, overseeing workflow, reviewing work, and providing technical training.
Practice Management: Contribute to marketing initiatives, staff development, and operational strategy.
Business Development: Manage new client leads and actively grow your fee base, supported by a well-established and proactive team.
Key Attributes & Experience:
An experienced maager or senior manager within a public practice accounting firm.
Experience in reviewing tax compliance and providing client advisory services.
CA or CPA qualification.
A social, approachable, and positive personality that aligns with the firm’s culture.
Australian experience in a client-facing role.
A proactive, motivated mindset with a passion for leadership and client success.
