Due to continued success, they are now looking to hire an experienced Client Service Administrator. This is a busy role requiring an experienced, confident, Administrator. A positive attitude and exceptional client service skills are a must.


About You

To be successful in this position, you will be / have :

2- 3 years experience working within an Accounting firm as an Administrator
A can do attitude & a strong work ethic
Have strong communication skills
Eager to learn & want to work in a collaborative team
Experience with XPM and FYI Docs is desirable.
Full working rights in Australia.

The Role

This position is a focussed administration providing support to a team of Accountants. Your duties will include:

Maintain client records.
Handling client queries.
Liaising with internal & external stakeholders.
Preparation and collation of documents.
Contact clients to follow up and schedule appointments.
Liaise with the ATO and ASIC.
