Finance Manager - Chartered/Practice background

Our client is ideally seeking a motivated and career driven Finance Manager with a strong background in Business Services/Tax and CFO Advisory work for clients from a public practice environment.

Working closely with the founders of the company, your duties will include:

• Managing the finance team of transactional staff (Payroll, AP/AR).

• Annual Budgets and forecasts.

• Analysing business results and budget variances.

• Ensuring lodgements and compliance is up to date.

• Implement and improve processes, systems and reporting.

To be successful in the role, you will need:

• CA or CPA qualified or equivalent.

• Solid experience in public practice role with CFO advisory capability.

• Proven leadership and business partnering skills.

• Experience in reviewing tax compliance and client advisory work.

• Xero experience.
