About the Firm

Specializing in compliance, advisory, and CFO services, this firm has grown rapidly over the last five years and is known for its strong processes and seamless XERO systems. They pride themselves on delivering personalized solutions to clients across accounting, advisory, and SMSF.

The Opportunity

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Manager or Senior Manager to join the team with a clear path to partnership in 18 months. With flexible work arrangements and a supportive, growth-oriented environment, this role offers both career progression and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management:

Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, including SMEs and multi-entity organizations.

Advisory Services:

Provide expert guidance on budgeting & cash flow planning, tax structuring, business structuring, succession planning, and tax planning.

Team Leadership:

Lead and manage a team of accountants, ensuring efficient workflow, reviewing work, and reaching team/company targets.

Coaching & Development:

Mentor and support the professional development of your team, encouraging ongoing growth and skills enhancement.

Business Development:

Drive new business through referrals, relationships, and targeted business development strategies.

About You:

Proven experience in managing teams and providing high-level advisory services within an accounting firm.
CA or CPA qualified, and ideally a registered Tax Agent.
Strong communication and leadership skills with an approachable, positive personality.
Motivated, proactive, and eager to progress to a partnership role.
