Core Responsibilities

• Client Portfolio Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from SMEs to large multi-entity clients and a small number of SMSF funds.
• Strategic Advisory: Provide clients with strategic advice in areas such as budgeting & cash flow planning, tax structuring, tax planning, business structuring, estate planning, and succession planning.
• Tax Compliance Oversight: Review the tax compliance work from the accountants and offshore teams for various entities, including large group structures.
• Support Directors: Assist in shaping the firm's strategic direction.
• Staff Supervision and Development: Manage and supervise staff, ensuring efficient workflow, providing reviews, and fostering training and development.
• Market Awareness: Maintain an understanding of market, industry, and competitor trends, with a focus on continuously improving your portfolio.
• Business Development: Contribute to business development efforts, including drafting proposals and conducting client meetings.

• Qualifications: CA or CPA qualified accountant.
• Experience: Experience in a managerial position or a highly experienced supervisor ready to step into a managerial role.
• Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, C-level executives, and high-profile individuals.
• Personal Attributes: Motivated, professional, and service-oriented with excellent customer service skills.
