The Role

• Managing existing clients, as well as building new business, ensuring strong relationships flourish through regular networking and client catch-ups. 

• Attain job briefs by thoroughly understanding the clients’ business and current/future vacancies

• Creative sourcing and acquisition of candidates for the accounting profession, conducting interviews, and presenting them with opportunities that fit their career goals

• Creating a talent pool of possible future candidates through regular networking and ongoing contact

• Develop and maintain expert knowledge within the Accounting profession

About You?

• A confident, target driven professional with a strong work ethic 

• Self-motivated, with ability to work autonomously

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

• Professional and approachable personality 

• Enjoys a fast-paced environment

• Team player who enjoys regular social events

• Enjoys meeting people, building new relationships, and maintaining relationships
