About You

You will ideally have at least 1 year experience working in a similar role within a public practice accounting firm. Also you will be / have :

A proactive approach to your work.
High attention to detail.
Ability to show initiative.
Excellent communication skills & experience dealing with clients directly.
Desire to be part of a supportive and collaborative team.
Full working rights in Australia.

The Role

As a Team Assistant, it will be your responsibility to handle all administration duties on behalf of a team of Accountants. Your duties will include:

Preparing & collating information for financial statements & tax returns
Responding efficiently to customer queries
Liaising with clients on behalf of the accountants
Preparing for & scheduling client meetings
Liaising with ASIC & the ATO
Ad hoc administration duties
