Ben specialises in recruitment across the Financial Services industry. He completed a Bachelor of Business (Economics & Finance) at QUT, graduating in 2015. Since then, Ben has worked for 4 years in an ASX listed and industry leading Banking and Financial Services company. He had exposure to multiple different teams and roles, but most recently worked in the company’s Private Bank business.
Ben draws on his industry experience to provide first hand advice on our roles and vacancies, while his easy going and friendly nature cultivates strong, long-lasting relationships.

Client Services Officer
Brisbane | $70,000 - $75,000 + Super
Our client is a successful and well established professional services firm that specialises in accounting and financial advice, located on Brisbane's city fringe. An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Client Services Officer to join their team. You will be joining a supportive and welcoming team, working alongside other CSO's, supporting two Financial Advisers. Benefits: Comprehensive advice firm - be exposed to all areas of financial advice Welcoming, supportive team culture with good staff tenure Work closely with Directors Work from home flexibility (up to two days per week) Flexible hours, open to part-time Tasks and responsibilities: Provide full support to the Directors/Advisers Handle compliance processes - FDS and annual agreements Client meeting preparation Full implementation of advice including trading investments through platforms Managing the client database (Xplan) Follow up with clients/product providers Ad-hoc administration duties and assist with client queries Opportunity to be involved with projects About you: 2+ years previous experience in a CSO/financial planning support position Experience using Xplan Experience using HUB24, CFS Wrap, Netwealth platforms Familiar with various areas of financial advice such as superannuation, personal insurance, investments, retirement planning Experience with ongoing fee agreement processes Previous experience completing implementation of advice including trading investments Salary is flexible depending on experience, circa $70,000 - $75,000 + super. Our client is a well established boutique firm located in Brisbane's southern suburbs. They provide comprehensive financial advice to a broad client base including some not-for-profit organisations. Due to growth, there is an opportunity for a junior financial adviser to join the team. This opportunity is perfect for someone who has completed their studies and Professional Year, and is looking to develop their career in financial advice.
