Ben specialises in recruitment across the Financial Services industry. He completed a Bachelor of Business (Economics & Finance) at QUT, graduating in 2015. Since then, Ben has worked for 4 years in an ASX listed and industry leading Banking and Financial Services company. He had exposure to multiple different teams and roles, but most recently worked in the company’s Private Bank business.
Ben draws on his industry experience to provide first hand advice on our roles and vacancies, while his easy going and friendly nature cultivates strong, long-lasting relationships.

About the company: Our client is a holistic financial planning firm with a handful of office locations throughout Queensland. They are going through a big period of growth and are looking to expand their Brisbane team. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced CSO who is looking to join a fast paced and growing business. Future career progression on offer Tasks and Responsibilities: Client Services Officer supporting financial advisers across holistic advice Handling inbound enquiries from clients Xplan database management - setting up new clients, updating client details, filing and documenting Implementation of advice post ROA/SOA Liaising with product providers such as super funds and insurers to gather information and reports on clients accounts Assist advisers to prepare for client meetings - generate reports and required documents About you: 1+ year previous experience in a role supporting financial advisers Familiar with superannuation, insurance and investment advice/platforms Xplan experience Experienced implementing financial advice recommendations Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Able to prioritise tasks and work in a busy environment Interested in pursuing a career in the financial planning industry Salary is flexible depending on experience, circa $70,000 + Super. Due to business growth, they are looking to hire an experienced paraplanner to join their financial planning team. Our client is a successful and well established professional services firm that specialises in accounting and financial advice, located on Brisbane's city fringe. An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Client Services Officer to join their team. You will be joining a supportive and collaborative team, working alongside other CSO's, supporting a team of financial advisers.
