Tasks and Responsibilities:

Client Services Officer supporting financial advisers across holistic advice
Handling inbound enquiries from clients
Xplan database management - setting up new clients, updating client details, filing and documenting
Implementation of advice post ROA/SOA
Liaising with product providers such as super funds and insurers to gather information and reports on clients accounts
Assist advisers to prepare for client meetings - generate reports and required documents

About you:

1+ year previous experience in a role supporting financial advisers
Familiar with superannuation, insurance and investment advice/platforms
Xplan experience
Experienced implementing financial advice recommendations
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Able to prioritise tasks and work in a busy environment
Interested in pursuing a career in the financial planning industry

Salary is flexible depending on experience, circa $70,000 + Super.
