Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering high-quality service. Team Leadership: Oversee workflow, performance reviews, budgets, and provide mentoring and development for accounting staff. What You Need: Experience: Solid experience at Supervisor or Manager level in public practice within Australia. Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships and manage a small team effectively. Qualifications: Completed CTA, CA/CPA or equivalent. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to review, train, and manage a small accounting team. Part-time Senior Accountant
Brisbane | $100K - $120K Plus Super FTE
Would you like to work close to home within a flexible, mature environment? If you live in the western suburbs, this could be an ideal location and role for you. This firm value their staff and as a result have long-term committed staff compliment. Work within a flat structure for a small accounting firm with a great reputation and high quality clients, be responsible and accountable for your own client portfolio. This is a hybrid position. Duties will include: A mix of SMSF and SME business clients (training can be provided in SMSF work) Full process from meeting with the client through to financial statements and tax returns, tax planning and advisory The role is estimated to have 60% compliance and 40% advisory What are the BENEFITS?
