Our client has been in operation for over 70 years and have cemented themselves as one of the largest accounting groups in Queensland. This group has multiple offices across Queensland and have grown their team to circa 100 staff. They service a wide variety of clients and have a strong focus on working with clients from the agriculture, construction and professional services industries.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced ASIC / Corporate Compliance Administrator to join their team!


About You

To be successful in this role, ideally you will be/have:

1 year experience working within a public practice accounting firm with exposure to ASIC duties
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Adaptable & innovative personality with a high level of attention to detail.
Strong time management / organisational skills.
Professionally presented
Experience working with Xero (desirable).
Full working rights in Australia.

The Role

Sitting in the administration team, your objective will be to provide direct assistance to ensure all ASIC obligations and requirements are met. You will undertake the following duties:

Preparing client documentation
Liaising with clients & building effective relationships
Liaising with ASIC
Undertaking corporate secretarial functions including preparation & lodgement of forms, registration management, & address updates.
Maintain ASIC debtors & accurate, up to date client records.
Undertake any other general administrative tasks to support broader administration team as required
