The Opportunity
Our client is one of Brisbane's leading boutique accounting firms.  They offer a fantastic working environment in modern offices based in the CBD.  This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive team environment whilst utilising your professional skills to their full potential! 

The Role
This a varied role undertaking Client Service Administrator duties.  You will enjoy variety in your day and being a valued member of the administrative team.  You will work closely with the Accountants and undertake higher level duties than your typical CSA role. Your main duties will include the following:
  • Standard ATO emails and letters, utilising the ATO portal, arranging payments and downloading reports
  • Undertaking Corporate Compliance duties and dealing directly with ASIC
  • Preparing client documents, preparing client invoices, booking meetings
  • Oversee electronic lodgements and monitoring workflow
  • Invoicing
About You
You are an experienced Client Service Administrator with at least 2 years experience working in a public practice accounting environment.  You are open to learning, have a "can do" attitude and are willing to work collaboratively to ensure the firm's objectives are met.  Additionally, you will have:
