Due to their continual growth, our client is seeking a Team Leader to join their head office accounting team. The Role Reporting directly to the Finance Manager you will undertake the financial accounting for multiple entities. It is imperative that you come from a similar background. The role entails working with body corporate accounts and this is a must to be considered. Your will be responsible for: Reconciliation of multiple accounts (internal & body corporate) Preparation and lodgement of BAS, FBT, Payroll Tax and Tax Returns as well as other statutory lodgements as required End of month process Cost analysis Preparation of reports in readiness for board meetings Preparation of accounts in readiness for audits Payroll Overseeing the transactional duties such as AP, AR and debt recovery and assist if required Supervision and training of accounts officers Dealing directly clients/key stakeholders when required About You You will ideally have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
