We are now seeking an Associate Consultant who intends to build a long-term career in recruitment!

The Position. 

You will learn one-on-one from Senior Recruitment Consultants and our Directors, with the opportunity to develop into a Consultant position within 6 months. Duties and responsibilities include: 

• Creative candidate acquisition and attraction, including but not limited to relationship building via digital media, database management, networking and referrals

• Content marketing initiatives on LinkedIn and other social media platforms

• Interviewing, referencing, short-listing and coordinating interviews

• Presenting and negotiating employment offers and terms 

About You. 

• Previous experience in a people focused role

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Confident personality and enjoys speaking with people

• Driven attitude and keen to reach goals/targets 

• Social, friendly and positive attitude 

• Enjoy making a difference 

• Love to be financial rewarded for your hard work 

Qualifications and Experience. 

• Ideally you would have worked in a people focused role and looking for a long-term career change

• You may have come from the professional services, fitness, call center, marketing or sales industry 

• Completion of a degree is highly regarded
