We have been in operation for over 16 years and have built an impressive client portfolio with 80% of our yearly placements made with existing, long-term clients! We are very well known in our niche markets and promote an honest, ethical and successful service to both our clients and candidates.

We are now seeking an Associate/Graduate Consultant who intends to build a long-term career in recruitment. This role will be supporting and learning from Senior Recruitment Consultants.

The Position. 

This position will initially operate as a support role to our Senior Consultants and Directors. Duties and responsibilities include: 

• Creative candidate acquisition and attraction, including but not limited to relationship building via digital media, database management, networking and referrals

• Content marketing initiatives on LinkedIn and other social media platforms

• Interviewing, referencing, short-listing and coordinating interviews

• Presenting and negotiating employment offers and terms 

About You. 

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Confident personality and enjoys speaking with people 

• Driven attitude and keen to reach goals/targets 

• Social, friendly and positive attitude 

Qualifications and Experience. 

• Ideally you would have completed, or be near completion of a Communications, Human Resources or Business degree

• You could be a recent Graduate or final year student, looking to kick start your career

• Previous experience in recruitment, professional services or sales will be highly regarded
