They specialise in accounting, tax, business & corporate advisory, and SMSF services, working with clients across various industries, including those with turnovers of up to $60 million.
Known for their exceptional work-life balance and employee-centric culture, they are currently seeking an experienced Business Services Manager to join their Brisbane office. The Role:
As a Business Services Manager, you’ll be entrusted with:
Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, from SMEs to large multi-entity groups.
Providing strategic advice on budgeting, cash flow planning, tax structuring, tax planning, and business restructuring.
Reviewing tax compliance for various entities, including large groups.
Assisting Directors with the firm’s strategic direction and initiatives.
Supervising and mentoring staff, including workflow management, performance reviews, and training.
Identifying growth opportunities by staying informed on industry and market trends.
About You:
Qualifications: CA or CPA certified.
Experience: A minimum of 6 years in public practice, with strong expertise in tax and management accounting.
Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing a portfolio of clients and supervising staff.
Attributes: A positive, motivated individual with excellent communication and client service skills.
