About the Role

Manage a pod of 5 long-term accountants, with minimal compliance work. Focus on review, management consulting, and high-level advisory services.

Work closely with Partners in a flat structure, overseeing a variety of clients with a focus on management accounting, budgets, cash flow, and structuring.

Take full ownership of client relationships, offering a comprehensive suite of advisory services with the support of a competent and well-resourced team

What We’re Looking For:

At least 4 years of experience in Australian public practice accounting.
Desirable CA or CPA Qualification
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
An ambition to grow within a firm and potentially progress to a partner role.
A proactive approach to tax planning and client advisory.
