About You
  
Ideally you will be/have :  

• 2- 3 years experience working within an Accounting firm as an Administrator

• A can do attitude & a strong work ethic

• Have strong communication skills

• Eager to learn & want to work in a collaborative team

• Full working rights in Australia.

The Role
  
This position is a focused administration providing support to a team of Accountants. Your duties will include:   

• Preparing & collating information for financial statements & tax returns

• Responding efficiently to customer queries

• Liaising with clients on behalf of the accountants

• Preparing for & scheduling client meetings 

• Liaising with ASIC & the ATO

• Be a point of contact for clients and develop client relationships
