Client Service Coordinator

Having built a reputation on providing exceptional client service this firm continues to expand their business through consistent client referrals.  They have reached a point where they need to expand their administration team. 

About the Role
This administration role sits within a broader team of experienced Client Service Coordinators.  You will be joining the team to support a team of Accountants and undertake the following duties:

• Providing client focused administrative support for a team of accountants
• Liaise with clients to handle queries
• Liaise with the ATO and ASIC and utilise the portals on behalf of accountants
• Collate financial documents on behalf of clients
• Undertake the management of tax lodgements on behalf of clients
• Manage and update the client database
• Providing adhoc support as required to Accountants
• Answer phones and respond to emails
• Setting up of meeting and function rooms when required
