Client Services Administrator

The Role: 
  
This position is a Client Service Administration role in which you will be providing support to a team of Accountants. Working with a broader administration team, you will enjoy working collaboratively.
Duties will include: 

• Preparation and collation of documents ahead of meetings

• Onboarding of new clients

• Updating client database

• Ensuring deadlines are met

• Managing workflow

• Greeting clients

• Diary management

• Undertaking adhoc duties when required

About You:

You will ideally have at least two years of experience working in a similar role. Ideally you will also have the following:

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Experience with using Xero

• Exceptional communication skills

• Proven ability to deal directly with clients

• Ability to manage priorities

• A positive approach to your work and ability to work as part of a team
