The Role:

This position is a Client Service Administration role in which you will be providing support to a team of Accountants. Working with a broader administration team, you will enjoy working collaboratively.
Duties will include:

Preparation and collation of documents ahead of meetings
Onboarding of new clients
Updating client database
Ensuring deadlines are met
Managing workflow
Greeting clients
Diary management
Undertaking adhoc duties when required

About You:

You will ideally have at least two years of experience working in a similar role. Ideally you will also have the following:

High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Experience with using Xero
Exceptional communication skills
Proven ability to deal directly with clients
Ability to manage priorities
A positive approach to your work and ability to work as part of a team
