This respected mid-tier accounting firm offers in-depth expertise in the areas of business services, taxation, business advisory/consulting and audit. They are committed to providing targeted and proactive advice to their diverse client portfolio.
  
Due to growth and development within the team, they are now looking for an experienced Adminsitrator to join their CBD office.
  

About You
  
You will ideally have 1 year experience working in a similar role within a public practice accounting firm. Also you will be / have :

• Experience with the ATO portal & relevant accounting software

• A collaborative and proactive approach to your work.

• High attention to detail.

• Ability to show initiative.

• Excellent communication skills with experience dealing with clients.

• Desire to be part of a supportive and collaborative team.

• Full working rights in Australia.

The Role
  
This position is a focussed administration providing support to a team of Accountants. Your duties will include: 

• Maintain client records.

• Handling client queries.

• Liaising with internal & external stakeholders.

• Preparation and collation of documents.

• Contact clients to follow up and schedule appointments.

• Liaise with the ATO and ASIC.
