About the company:
Our client is a highly reputable financial planning firm with over 40 staff, spanning across multiple locations throughout QLD and NSW. They are a large and respected company in the industry who provide clients with a high level of service and personalised advice.
About the role:
With continual growth in their Brisbane CBD office, they are seeking a Client Services Officer to join their team. You will join a high performing team and business, while receiving plenty of training and mentorship. This role is best suited for someone who has completed their studies and is looking to get into the industry. Future career progression supported!

Duties:
Manage and process all documents (implementation)
Maintain and update relevant systems and databases
Manage client queries with professionalism
Liaise with providers
Basic administration duties including phones, email, diary management, and other ad hoc tasks as required
Skills & experience:
Proven administration experience
Experience in a similar role in financial services (ideal, not mandatory)
Bachelor degree or tertiary qualification in financial planning (ideal, not mandatory)
High attention to detail
Strong time management skills
Determination to succeed, commitment to the business and an eagerness to learn
