The Role
We are looking for a organised, client focussed professional to provide exceptional support to advisers and clients. You will ensure a seamless client service, create a positive client experience, and manage critical administrative tasks. Work from home flexiblity for 1 day per week is offered to all staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience
- Manage client communication, including inquiries, scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
- Organise and maintain up-to-date client files and documents
- Support advisers by liaising with product providers and fund managers
- Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition
- Diary management for advisers
- Handle phone calls and respond to client queries in a timely manner

- Prior experience in a financial planning or professional services firm
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience using Xplan
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
