The Role
We are looking for a organised, client focussed professional to provide exceptional support to advisers and clients. You will ensure a seamless client service, create a positive client experience, and manage critical administrative tasks. Work from home flexiblity for 1 day per week is offered to all staff.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience
Manage client communication, including inquiries, scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
Organise and maintain up-to-date client files and documents
Support advisers by liaising with product providers and fund managers
Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition
Diary management for advisers
Handle phone calls and respond to client queries in a timely manner

About You
We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional, and highly organised. You will thrive in a team environment, enjoy client interactions, and be motivated to provide top-tier client service.

Prior experience in a financial planning or professional services firm
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Experience using Xplan
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
