Client Services Officer

The Role
We are looking for a organised, client focussed professional to provide exceptional support to advisers and clients. You will ensure a seamless client service, create a positive client experience, and manage critical administrative tasks. Work from home flexiblity for 1 day per week is offered to all staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience
• Manage client communication, including inquiries, scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
• Organise and maintain up-to-date client files and documents
• Support advisers by liaising with product providers and fund managers
• Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition
• Diary management for advisers
• Handle phone calls and respond to client queries in a timely manner

• Prior experience in a financial planning or professional services firm 
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience using Xplan
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
