An exciting opportunity to work in a well-established, mid-tier accounting firm has arisen! This is a busy role requiring a well-presented, confident, Receptionist with the ability to multi-task.
A positive attitude and good customer service skills are a must, along with proven experience within the professional services sector.
About You
Must have experience in a professional environment (min. 1 year)
Professionally presented and excellent communication skills
Must have a high attention to detail
Must be able to commit to the full 5 weeks.

The Role
This is a 5 week contract position. In this role you will be providing front desk support in a busy team environment. Your duties will include:
Greeting clients
Answering phones, directing calls & assisting with client queries
Manage meeting rooms and setting up of meetings
General administration including mail & assisting with office coordination
Provide ad hoc support to the broader administration team when required.
