Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Provide tailored, high-quality aged care advice to clients.
- Manage client accounts and databases to ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Proactively interact with clients, offering ongoing support and maintaining relationships.
- Contribute to compliance and administration tasks with precision and efficiency.
- Deliver exceptional client service, building trust and long-term partnerships.
- A tertiary qualification in financial services or a related discipline (completed).
- FASEA higher education requirements met.
- Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- A commitment to compliance, organization, and delivering results under pressure.
- A positive attitude and collaborative approach.
- At least 1 year of providing financial advice in a client-facing role.
- The ability to manage tasks, prioritise, and deliver on goals.
