The Role:

• Deliver tailored financial planning advice on wealth management, retirement strategies, tax planning, investment advice, and more, primarily to SMEs and family businesses.
• Work closely with internal teams (business services, CFO, and audit) to create comprehensive solutions that best serve your clients' needs.
• Expand your own client portfolio by identifying new opportunities, sourcing referrals, and nurturing long-term relationships.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial planning to deliver exceptional value to clients.

• Proven experience as a Financial Planner, with a focus on SMEs and family businesses.
• Strong track record of growing and managing a client base, with the ability to expand your book/portfolio.
• A self-motivated, results-driven approach with a focus on business development and building long-term client relationships.
• Relevant financial planning qualifications (CFP or equivalent) and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach to building lasting relationships.
