• Service existing and new clients.
• Develop relationships with internal teams such as accounting and financial planning to service client referrals.
• Advise clients on mortgage/lending products and strategies that best suit their financial goals and needs. Areas include residential, commercial, equipment finance and SMSF lending. 
• Manage the end-to-end mortgage process, from initial consultation through to loan settlement.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, lenders, and referral partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and leverage existing client relationships to generate leads.
• Keep up to date with changes in the lending market and financial regulations.

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker, 5+ years. 
• Strong residential lending experience, additional experience in commercial, equipment finance and SMSF lending will be favourable. 
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, lending policies, and a range of different banks/lenders. 
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and key stakeholders.
• A client-first attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and advice.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• A proactive approach to business development and client relationship management.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Certificate IV/Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking).
• Interested in equity and a leadership position.
