The Opportunity:

My client is a highly reputable boutique firm located in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane. This firm aims to provide complete solutions to their clients' financial management needs, by offering a wide range of accounting services including taxation accounting, management accounting and bookkeeping. The company also places importance on up-to-date systems, processes and training, with accountants working largely on XERO.

The company is also well known in the community having supported multiple community events and charities! They place a huge importance on giving back to the community and are involved in many philanthropic initiatives!

About The Role:

Due to expansion, they now require a Intermediate/Senior Accountant to join this exciting team. Duties will include:

Provide strategic tax advice and business advisory services tailored to a diverse client base.
Manage the preparation and review of tax returns, compliance documents, and other reports for clients.
Help develop business plans, financial forecasts, and tax-saving strategies to optimize client outcomes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering actionable advice and ensuring exceptional service.
Stay current on changes in tax law and industry trends to provide clients with timely, informed advice.

About You:

Excellent communication skills
At least 3 years' experience in Public Practice Accounting
