About the Role As a Senior Accountant/Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the firm’s success while enhancing your professional skills. Your key responsibilities will include: Managing a portfolio of loyal, long-term clients across various industries and building trusted relationships. Providing comprehensive tax compliance, advisory, and business services to clients. Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of junior accountants. Collaborating with clients to identify growth opportunities and support their financial success. Preparing and reviewing complex tax returns, financial statements, and compliance requirements. Contributing to the firm’s strategic direction through business development initiatives and innovation. About You 3–5 years of Australian-based public practice experience. Utilise software such as MYOB and Xero to manage and streamline accounting processes. Communicate effectively with clients and external stakeholders to address queries and ensure seamless service delivery. About You Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CA or CPA qualified (or nearing completion). 2+ years’ experience in a tax or business services role within public practice. Technical understanding of Australian tax legislation.
