About the Role
In this role, your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Preparing financial statements, tax returns, and BAS for companies, trusts, partnerships, and SMSFs
- Assisting with tax planning, compliance, and business advisory services
- Liaising directly with clients to provide support and answer queries
- Working closely with senior accountants and partners for mentoring and training
- Staying updated with tax legislation and industry changes to ensure compliance
- 12 months+ experience in Australian Public Practice Accounting.
- Experience with preparing financial statements, BAS and tax returns.
- Eager to learn, develop your skills, and take on client-facing responsibilities
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to your work
