You will work closely with experienced Directors who will mentor you to enhance your expertise while providing access to a diverse and challenging client base, including high-profile clients and complex accounting needs.
As a fully cloud-based firm, they use XERO to ensure streamlined workflows, enabling cutting-edge and efficient accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Portfolio Management: Oversee a diverse range of clients, from SMEs to large multi-entity organizations and a select few SMSF funds.
• Strategic Advisory: Advise clients on areas such as budgeting, cash flow planning, tax structuring, estate and succession planning, and business structuring.
• Tax Compliance Oversight: Review tax compliance work for various entities, including large group structures, from both local and offshore teams.
• Support Directors: Assist in shaping the firm's strategic direction and business initiatives.
• Staff Management: Supervise and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Market Awareness: Keep up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape, ensuring your portfolio continues to grow and evolve.
• Business Development: Contribute to business development, including client meetings and proposal preparation.

• Qualifications: CA or CPA qualified accountant.
• Experience: Experience in a managerial position or a senior supervisor ready to step into a managerial role.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Attributes: Professional, motivated, and service-oriented, with exceptional customer service skills.
