The Role:
We are seeking an Operations Manager to join the Adelaide office, where you will work closely with the Practice Manager and support the operational functions of the firm. You will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of advisers, paraplanners, and client service managers (CSMs). This is a key position for a proactive individual looking to make a real impact and contribute to the growth of a firm with ambitious plans for the future.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support the operational needs office, ensuring workflow management, team coordination, and effective communication between advisers, paraplanners, and CSMs.
Drive operational efficiency and ensure a smooth, high-functioning office environment, prioritising client satisfaction.
Provide leadership and guidance to CSMs and operational staff.
Support the Practice Manager in optimising workflows and streamlining processes.
Assist in team training and development, helping staff achieve career growth in line with their professional goals.
Promote a positive office culture that aligns with the firm’s values, focusing on team collaboration and operational success.
About You:

You will:
Have a background working in a financial planning environment.
Experienced in a client facing customer service position.
Exerienced with the use of Xplan CRM and threads.
Strong understanding of financial planning legislative requirements.
Possess a proactive attitude and a growth mindset.
Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
Work collaboratively with a diverse team, always striving for the best outcomes.
