About the role
As a Paraplanner, you’ll play a critical role in delivering high-quality client service by preparing comprehensive financial strategies and advice documents. You’ll work closely with advisers and the broader operational team to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
- Conduct detailed research to develop tailored financial strategies for clients.
- Prepare accurate, compliant, and client-focused advice documents, including complex strategies.
- Peer review financial advice to ensure technical quality and compliance.
- Respond to adviser and client queries promptly and professionally.
- Create projections for superannuation (including SMSFs), income streams, investments, and aged care.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve client service delivery.
The ideal candidate brings:
- Extensive experience in a similar paraplanning role.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications are highly regarded.
- Proficiency with Xplan tools such as Xtools+, Wealth Solver, and Risk Researcher.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- A thorough understanding of SMSFs, superannuation, retirement income streams, investments, insurance, aged care, and tax.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
