The Role
Reporting directly to the Partners of the firm, you will work closely with them to ensure its’ efficiency and productivity. This includes improving processes and implementing new procedures as necessary. More specifically, your duties will include:

Managing the Administration Team
Managing and undertaking Human Resource functions
Managing the recruitment process from end to end including drawing up employment contracts and on boarding of new staff
Managing and implementing workplace policies, procedures and KPI's
Monitoring employee performance and the co-ordination of annual staff reviews
Advising employees on all HR matters including leave management
Co-ordination of staff training
Managing Workplace Health and Safety matters

About You
This role will suit an experienced Practice Manager who has worked within Public Practice Accounting firms. You will be a motivated professional who enjoys working in an employee-oriented company culture. You will thrive on implementing continuous improvement practices and ensuring that the firm maintains an excellent culture. Ideally you will have experience working in Human Resources however you do not need to be degree qualified. You will be friendly, personable and have a high attention to detail.
