The Role:
- Manage existing clients, ensuring strong relationships flourish through regular networking and client catch-ups
- Attract new clients through business development activities and marketing initiatives
- Attain job briefs by thoroughly understanding the clients’ business and current/future vacancies
- Creative sourcing and acquisition of candidates/job seekers, conduct interviews, and present opportunities that fit their career goals
- Negotiate job offers and employment contracts
- Creating a talent pool of possible future candidates through regular networking and ongoing contact
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge within the Financial Services profession
About You?
