About the Role
As a Senior Accountant/Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the firm’s success while enhancing your professional skills. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of loyal, long-term clients across various industries and building trusted relationships.
- Providing comprehensive tax compliance, advisory, and business services to clients.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of junior accountants.
- Collaborating with clients to identify growth opportunities and support their financial success.
- Preparing and reviewing complex tax returns, financial statements, and compliance requirements.
- Contributing to the firm’s strategic direction through business development initiatives and innovation.
- 3–5 years of Australian-based public practice experience.
- CA/CPA qualification (completed or partially completed).
- Minimum requirement: Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
