Senior Management Accountant

[ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY] 

Our client is one of the fastest growing accounting firms in Australia, with operations across QLD and NSW! Located in the CBD, the Brisbane office boasts an exceptional working culture, putting employees first and focusing on employee satisfaction. 

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Management Accountant who can be hands on with month end processes, budgeting, cash flow reporting and reconciliations. You will be working in a tight-knit team delivering outsourced accounting solutions to a wide variety of clients. 

This position would suit an experienced Management Accountant with experience working on a portfolio of clients and/or multiple entities.

[DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES]

• Review and completion of monthly accounting processes including reconciliations, adjustments, debtors and creditors.  

• Preparation of IAS and BAS. 

• Creation of monthly management reports. 

• Liaise closely with internal stakeholders and assist with reporting and financial analysis. 

• Assist with accounting software issues 

• Support the Finance Manager with a wide variety of finance functions and projects.  

[ABOUT YOU]

• We are ideally seeking an experienced Management Accountant with experience working on a variety of clients and/or entities. 

• Experience in a similar role within an accounting or professional services firm is highly regarded. 

• Experience with XERO and MYOB 

• Strong customer service and communication skills
