As a Senior Tax and Business Services Accountant, you will take a leadership role in managing a diverse portfolio of clients, including SMEs, family-owned businesses, and larger corporations. You’ll work closely with clients to provide strategic advice and tailored solutions in business advisory, taxation, and financial reporting, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to the success of the firm.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare financial statements, tax returns, and BAS for a variety of entities.
Assist with tax planning and compliance for clients.
Collaborate on advisory projects, delivering insights to support client growth and profitability.
Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
Contribute to team development through knowledge sharing and mentorship opportunities.

About You:

Degree qualified and working toward or completed CA/CPA.
Ideally 4+ years Australian public practice accounting experience
Professional, confident and driven personality
A team player who thrives in a flexible and collaborative environment.
