Competitive Salary: Enjoy a competitive salary package ranging between $90,000 to $105,000, based on experience and qualifications, offering great earning potential in a dynamic and growing firm.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Client Advisory & Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients, providing strategic tax and business advisory services to help them achieve their financial goals and manage risk effectively.
Tax Compliance & Planning: Prepare and review tax returns, financial statements, and tax compliance documentation. Provide proactive tax planning advice to clients, ensuring they take advantage of tax-effective strategies and stay compliant with tax regulations.
Business Advisory Services: Provide comprehensive advice on business structures, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, cash flow management, and general business performance to clients across various industries.
Technical Support & Guidance: Lead the delivery of complex tax solutions, offering technical advice on tax structuring, GST, capital gains tax, fringe benefits tax, and other tax-related matters. Support junior staff in developing their technical expertise.
About You:
- CA/CPA qualified (or near completion)
- Ideally 4+ years Australian public practice accounting experience
- Professional, confident and driven personality
