Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of accountants, providing guidance and support.
Oversee the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and compliance requirements.
Manage client relationships, providing strategic advice and tailored accounting solutions.
Assist in business development activities, identifying growth opportunities.
Deliver training and mentorship to junior staff, fostering their career development.

About You:

CA/CPA qualified or near completion.
Ideally 6+ years Australian public practice accounting experience
Professional, confident and driven personality
A team player who thrives in a flexible and collaborative environment.
