The Positions:
1). Client Manager (Tax & Business Services Manager) – Gold Coast
Our client is not your typical accounting firm – they go beyond tax services to specialise in business advisory, helping clients gain clarity in their businesses. With industry-leading communication, innovative systems, and impressive results, they’ve been recognised as one of the fastest-growing firms in their region and have received multiple awards for their excellence in the industry.
Performance-based Incentives: Includes team and individual quarterly bonus structures, monthly prizes, and a 2pm finish on Fridays.
Flexible Work Options: Enjoy flexible hours, the ability to work 2 days from home, and the option for a 9-day fortnight.

2). Intermediate/Senior Accountant (Tax & Business Services) – Sunshine Coast
We are currently recruiting for a thriving firm with a stable and friendly team. Located in a prime waterfront location, this firm offers a supportive and long-term work environment, with low staff turnover and a diverse demographic ranging from 18 to 65 years old.
Work-life Balance: Enjoy a strong work-life balance with no overtime expectations, flexible start/finish times, and time in lieu if overtime is required.
CA/CPA Support: Receive full support for your CA/CPA qualification, including 2 days of study/exam leave with full pay.

CA/CPA qualified (or willing to undertake)
