Due to their continual growth, our client is seeking a Team Leader to join their head office accounting team. THE ROLE As a Team Leader you will be responsible for the following duties: Be responsible for the workflow and meeting deadlines for your clients. Take an active role in monitoring/developing controls and reporting to minimise risk and ensure compliance across the client base. Lead staff development and training initiatives for your direct reports and others across the team. Contribute to the month-end P&L review and reporting processes for our business unit.
