The Positions:

1). Senior Accountant / Manager (Tax & Business Services) - Sunshine Coast

A long-established accounting firm providing services to businesses across Australia through cloud technology, screen sharing and video conferencing.

1 Partner and 5 employees in the office, supported by an offshore team that handles all preparation work.
No timesheets, on-site and street parking available, office located near the beach, and opportunity to WFH 1 day a week with flexible hours negotiable.
Strong technical and non-technical training provided (including leadership and business skills), with mentoring from a leader with Big 4 background.
Client base focused on businesses with turnovers between $1 million and $3 million across industries such as property, construction, digital and medical.
CA/CPA support offered (study leave, financial reimbursement upon completion, mentoring and yearly membership fees) and a strong professional yet relaxed team culture with regular social events.
$80,000 - $110,000 + super (depending on experience)

2). Senior Accountant / Manager (Tax & Business Services) - Toowoomba

A progressive firm offering accounting, tax, HR and business advisory services to clients across multiple states.

2 Partners and a collaborative team of 8 staff working in an open-plan environment, servicing a client base of around 1800 across agriculture, construction, trades, real estate and other industries.
No timesheets, flexible working hours, WFH arrangements negotiable, and parking available on-site and nearby.
CPA support encouraged with regular training, mentoring and a buddy system for learning and development.
Social and friendly team environment with regular team events including end of year celebrations, morning teas and birthday celebrations.
Clear career progression with annual salary reviews and opportunities to move into client-facing, onboarding or advisory-focused roles at your own pace.
$80,000 - $110,000 + super (depending on experience)

About you:

Ideally 4+ years public practice accounting experience
CA/CPA qualified or near completion
Professional, driven and confident personality
